When my wife, a large animal veterinarian, asked me to evaluate veterinarian-based electronic medical systems for her own practice, I discovered the options were limited. With 20 years in the software industry, I went off to build a custom application for her practice. I built this specifically for her needs, incorporating her feedback on functionality for over a year. I built it on a secure and reliable platform used by Fortune 500 companies. When other veterinarians saw this application they asked how they could use it. That is why I decided to commercialize ChickenScatch.io
